A: This questionnaire is a simple sleep apnea questionnaire used to quickly identify the risk (low or high) of sleep disordered breathing.

Q: How will I receive the home sleep test?
A: At Alltrans we believe communication is key, and it starts at the beginning with every patient. Administration and delivery of the home sleep test in a prompt efficient manner is top priority to getting you on the road as quickly as possible. As soon as we receive the script for the home sleep test you will be contacted by an Alltrans professional and arrangements will be made for delivery.
Q: Will I be able to sleep with the home sleep test, and will the data be accurate?
A: Our sleep test is a small, extremely light weight, non-evasive device that fits comfortably and securely around your chest, and allows you to get a good night’s rest in the privacy of your own home while recording all the necessary data to diagnose sleep apnea. In 2007, the American Academy of Sleep Medicine revised a long standing policy and now endorses the use of portable monitoring for diagnosis of sleep apnea.
Q: The cost of the home sleep test is only $349.00?
A: Yes, while laboratory testing can cost anywhere between $2,000 and $3,000 dollars, using our home sleep test is only $349.00 and is completed in the privacy of your own bed.
Q: How is the data from my sleep test given to the doctor for analysis?
A: Once the sllep testing device has been returned, the results are downloaded and sent to our physician. A turnaround time of 24-48 hours is typical for a prescription to be generated, if needed.
Q: How much is the CPAP device?
A: If you’re insured, your insurance is going to cover the unit. If you are not we will accept payment in full by cash, check or credit. Financing is also available in most cases.
Q: What if I do not have sleep apnea?
A: If the sleep test comes back and you are negative we will promptly communicate this with your doctor clearing you of any sleep disordered breathing and allowing you to move forward in your career.
Q: Once I receive my CPAP unit, then what?
